Stone starts at 100 m² per size and finish. Plumbing MOQ varies by model — small trial orders are acceptable on most items, and we will tell you when a quantity is too small to be economic.
The factory issues CCC / CE / CB / ISO certificates and the stone test report; we verify validity and include copies in the document set. Destination-specific certification is quoted separately.
We compare your receiving report against the loading photo report, then negotiate with the factory on your behalf. Spare-parts ratios and packing upgrades are built into repeat orders to prevent recurrence.
